Client-Centered Coaching
Each client brings their own goals, values, experiences, strengths, challenges, and aspirations. My role is to create a coaching partnership focused on what matters most to the client.
Listen. Ask Powerful Questions. Support.
How does it work?
Coaching options
While I primarily excel at individual coaching with leaders, I also work with teams and organizations through transitions and leadership changes.
Time and Location
In Person or Remote
Leadership Coaching takes place for an hour each week or every two weeks over a few months (usually). Ideally I come to you, but I also meet online/remotely.
Elements
of a coaching partnership
Initial contract that includes confidentiality, broad goal(s), mutual responsibilities and payment.
Regular sessions that begin with identifying a challenge/opportunity, setting a goal and desired outcome, active listening/discussion, identification of action steps, and committments.
Coaching partnerships are assessed regularly and reviewed upon completion
