Meet Tom Burnford, D.Min., ACC
For more than three decades, I have served leaders and organizations in education, nonprofit management, Church administration, and educational business development.
My leadership experience includes serving as President and CEO of the National Catholic Educational Association and as Secretary for Education for the Archdiocese of Washington.
Why I Became a Coach: Effective leadership depends upon the healthy integration of values, purpose, relationships, well-being, and professional responsibilities. Coaching allows me to combine leadership experience, organizational development, systems thinking, and personal growth in service of other leaders.
